Oh my god, I’m going back through all my etsy messages and trying to find this message, I would NEVER snark a customer!! I am always so thankful for every order and every time I get a message I am the nicest I can possibly be !
I actually don’t even use ‘sweetie’ that much, but I was just trying to be extra nice lol because I was so unhappy with how long the shipping was taking and that you had to wait so long!!
Please let your friend know it was a misunderstanding, I would never be hurtful to anyone unprovoked , I am generally a kind person in and out of the internet and I take my customer service quite seriously !
